I particularly enjoyed the section you&#039;ve written up on using social media tools and community development for cost reduction. I see so many new media tools applied with traditional media/marketing attitudes and goals (badly) that it&#039;s fabulous to see things explained &lt;em&gt;well&lt;/em&gt;.

We&#039;ll be releasing the next version of our site next week, and we&#039;ve added some great new tools to make monitoring and measuring even easier. 

And, of course, the core of our &quot;5Cs&quot; of engagement analysis involves just those types of analytics you&#039;ve listed.</description>
